iTunes for my game music library (WMP is broken), MPC as an overall audio/video player, ModPlug Player for MOD/IT/S3M/XM/UMX, GAP to rip some game audio formats, DeliPlayer for various exotic Amiga formats and RAD Video Tools for Bink and Smacker formats.

Winamp for mp3 and some audio-streams from Live356, Realplayer for some web-television streams, 'cause its streaming is way better then MediaPlayer$'
For most other video I use BSPlayer, but for weird formats/codecs, I use VLC Media Player. Finally on Linux mostly xmms.

I think for me there is no point than using more than 1 player. Windows media player is fine.
