I'm just curious to know how many of you have subscribed into Facebook or similar sites...

Kinda weird they call those things 'social' sites ... those are the most asocial things ever created.
If you want to become a real nolife, hang on such sites the whole day/night. Be sure to spend all your free time on those. No wonder you never will get laid.

Was that directed at anyone in particular, or just a lament about the MySpace Generation in general, oh Lord Of The Sexing's?

Well, let's see if something changed in the meanwhile... @ _r.u.s.s., it was just to divide between who uses it and the ones who doesn't use it. I agree that maybe it could be written better. |

I have a Facebook account, but all I care about in Facebook is the apps (games). If there wasn't the Wrestler app, I would probably have forgotten about my account age ago.
I originaly only created it when I was bored at work, BTW. And use it 80% of the time at work too. |

It depends on how you use it. As I have many friends abroad, Facebook and similars help me keep in touch with them, know what are they doing, see their photos etc.; not to mention finding people you lost contact with. I barely ever talk to people that I see often on those sites tough.

Yeah I use it from time to time, but not too much. I can't really imagine how you can use facebook itself for more than 15 minutes a day, there's not that much to do. The only thing that can eat your time away are flash games and similar apps, but those don't exist only on facebook.
