Today, many broadcasting companies who stream their content, and webcasters like Pandora.com, Live365, and even Yahoo, are keeping silent. This Day of silence is in protest to the actions of the RIAA and US Congress who seek to drastically increase the royalty fees that internet broadcasters must pay for licensed music. If you are a US citizen, please phone your representatives in support of the Internet Radio Equality Act. Contact information for your representatives, as well as more detailed information on the plight of 'net radio can be found at SaveNetRadio.org
