IMO it beats all the HOMM games, don't know about the fifth one, though.
I know that HOMM series were one of the first to really develop that style, and Disciples took alot from them, but talking about the best...
I like them both though

My feelings exactly.
Well to name a few:

Best FPS: Vivisector - Beast Within (hence my avatar and sig ) along with PK
Best RPG: Arcanum (I wonder why I never made a sig of that :blink: )
Best 3rd person: Max Payne/ The Suffering/ Hitman: Contracts
Best Strategy: Blitzkrieg
Best Stealth: Hitman: Contracts (I don't know the genre very well, do I???)

Well, that's just to name a few...

Because I never played "Thief". Hitman Contracts is the best stealth game of all time (well, Blood Money is actually the best but I can't prove it cause I don't have it yet.). It even beats Splinter Cell and that game is godlike-stealth. *Smacks BP*

P.S. Monkey Island - a good game??? :bleh: It's the stoopidest game I've ever seen.
