The funny thing is, I had always thought that I started my gaming with Amiga. Few months ago, I found out that I had actually played with a C64. Heck, I don't even remember that we have had a C64! I don't know exactly when I started gaming, but I'd say I was 2 or 3. Naturally, by then I didn't really play the games in the way I do now when I'm 16, but that still makes it 13-14 years.

12 years. My first machine was a 486 (and what a 486 it was!) that I've got in the beginning of 1995 and continued to use until that unfortunate incident in November 2004.

My first gaming experience was with the NES when I was 6 years old.

As for PC gaming, it started in 1994 with an IBM PS/2 486. My first game was Alone in the Dark :w00t:
I'm 22 now, so I've been playing videogames for about 16 years

I'm 20, my first gaming machine was an Amstrad CPC which I was using fluently (including basic BASIC coding) by the time I was 4. Since then i've had an Atari, a NES, a SNES, a Game Boy, the super game boy peripheral for the SNES which can technically be considered another console, a C64, a 486, a p120, a p3-600 and now have a p4-3 gig.

Edit: Oh, and a N64, a Sony playstation, an XBOX and a PS2. I was thinking too much about the older stuff and forgot the recents.

I was not allowed to have a wristwatch until I had learned how to read the time properly via a TRS 80. I think I was about 3 or 4.

I was also expected to know how to fiddle with it properly myself.

Later Indiana Jones 3 bought me in the World of RPG and Adventure, which i will never ever leave.

i have almost all the console like NES, SNES, N64, SEGA (dont know which -.-), PSX, PS 2, Gameboy (yeah it is not a console), etc...

c64 is one of the console i never had.
