It seems that Remedy made an excellent deal with Take 2, who in turn seem completely incapable of using the IP they purchased.

I wonder if Alan Wake will be as successful as Max Payne?

I'm currently waiting up for Alan Wake, it sure sounds interesting.

I am rather surprised that Max Payne 3 does not seem to be forthcoming any time soon. The first two games were awesome. And for their time they were pretty creative. I mean, look at how many games since the original Max Payne have used the bullet time idea. Not that I particularly mind the borrowing. The point is that was pretty influential.

Then again, even with a guaranteed seller we have seen strange failure to deliver a product before in gaming. Case in point: Duke Nukem Forever.
