Default Where to write ipxnet startserver and ipx=true only in dosbox.conf ?

Where to write ipxnet startserver ? ipx=true is only in dosbox.conf ? ipxnet startserver can be put only in dosbox.conf or/and in the game cfg ? Game cfg being homm2.cfg for example (which has the same dosbox.conf lines, but made by gog games or dosbox turbo).

ipxnet is a command you run in DOSBox. You can type it at the DOSBox command prompt or add it in the autoexec section of DOSBox configuration.
