Default DOSBOX VSYNC

hello!

i was playing desert strike on dosbox 0.74 today and if scrolling there's much of tearing, any workaround for this?!

maybe other titles affected, but didn't detect it as worse as in desert strike

Increase the frameskip a bit. One of the devs also recommended to try double buffering.

wouldn't changing output method fix it?

I think double buffering should fix it completely. Look for side effects though, such as a decrease in performance.
