Default Looking for 90's Duke Nukemish Platformer with Submarine.

I can't remember much about this game. Except for the fact that I played it at my Uncles house, it was a side scrolling shooter/platformer similar to Duke Nukem. And it had an hexagonal (I think) submarine.

From what I played it had caves and underwater caves and the graphics weren't that cartooney for the time.

Anyone got any ideas?
