Default Heros - The Sanguine Seven

Hey all, I'm looking for a game I used to play at my friends' house (have been looking for quite some time now).
And I was wondering if you could help me find it!

It was a platformer, and I believe it had about 3 different characters you could choose from. All of them had their own abilities.
I believe that when you 'died' your character became trapped in a bubble on the map on the location you died, but you could continue on playing using the next character...

Now if this rings a bell at all please tell me if you know what game it is, just a name will be fine!

Thanks in advance!!

was it the lost vikings? it had 3 characters among which you could swap

your description is really vague. tell us more about the setting, atmosphere, controls, perspective, characters, etc ...

No, it was definitly not the lost vikings.
I'm sorry there's not much I remember about it, the most destinct thing I can remember about it was that the character that died became trapped in a bubble.
I do know that the different characters you could pick where very different from each other (,whereas the 3 vikings are all vikings).
And I remeber that there was also a female character you could chose from (I believe she had wings?).
There might have been an anthropomorphic character in there as well.

And about the controls and perspective, it was your basic 2d side scroller (think Keen or Secret Agent)

The game miiiight have been in CGA.

I'm sorry I'm being so vague, it's been a really long time since I've played it.

Was one of the people made out of Gum or something...or he ate lots of it.

You description reminds me of a game but for the life of me I can remember nothing about it.

Hmm, could be, but it doesn't ring a bell.

Yess, that's it guys!! Thank you so much for helping me out!
Ahh, now that brings back memories.

P.S. This game should be added to the site, if even just for the characters! They're hilarious to say the least!!
