Rex Nebular - problem (?) or not
Every time I run Rex Nebular via DOSBox I get this 10 secs "wait" transitions between screens. I wonder if this is game's inherent attribute, because I havent owned Rex in its times. Also, I don't want to check YT vids to see how smoothly the game runs on original system(s) as I don't want to see puzzles solved, accidentally.
I wouldn't post this "trouble" here, but game relies heavily on hotspot-hunting, so these transitions just add to my impatience. I'm curious if this is somehow related to game's realistic graphics and inventory aimations, loading everytime you enter next screen. |

These commands will switch DOSBox to maximum CPU emulation speed:
core dynamic cycles max You can type them at the DOSBox command prompt or set them in the DOSBox.conf file. Should make the game load faster.
