Actually, Romano made the rules. Kosta just approved them - and yes, Kosta does strike down on anyone breaking those rules. And he does so hard.
I know that you are hinting to me here, but I am not allowed to act on the rules. It's one of the rules.  Anyways, isn't this getting waaaaay off topic?

I'm here on occasion, and that is if my modem finally decides to work I was (and still am, duh!) an all around despute solving, newbie teaching and "talk about everything" kinda guy. Oh, and I'm the second in command in the Inquisition, so beware my wrath or thou shall be destroyated  Anyway, wellcome back, and have fun I'll be around sometimes...
