I bet they're making government issue kind of satelite imaging.
Much more complex then we currently have now, so that we can find any uncharted areas, and many more historic sites that haven't been discovered yet.
Wouldn't it be cool to find some far off civilization's ruins on some remote island?

Anyway, they can follow you if you have pieces of metal on you, like a belt with satellites in space. Also, all you ladies who like to walk around the outside of your house naked because you think no-one is watching.... think again. The government is probably zooming in on you as we speak.
