Too discordant, IMO. Drums and the guitar follow completely different rhythm, which just confuses the recipient.

Another tribute to Fear Factory:
Bass Cars In first one I got that sound of bass guitar. Not exactly the same, but very close. The second is that Gary Numan's song. It's monotone, but the same in FF cover. Dino Cazares the Best guitarist!. (that's joke, of course).
