But I have a question, how exactly can you use Revalver as a plugin for Fruity Loops?

When you install ReValver, there is an option there "do not install VST". Don't choose it, and then in FL rescan your plugins directory and there will be ReValver. It looks exactly like in normal mode, only with FL window style.

I said wrong a little. Not VST but DXi (or something). Installation ask you to enable DXi compatibility or not. Choose yes and then you can add ReValver in your effects window in FL.
I recorded my mp3 not directly. First, I recorded simple clean sound through Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and then put it on effect channel with ReValver plugin in FL. I think it's much better, than direct recording, since you can remove noise of your clean recorded sound in Cool Edit and then mess with it in ReValver as you like.

Oh I get it, you add the effects later, meh I knew how to do that, but is it possible to record the procesed sound direcrly into either FL or Cool Edit, and use it to remove the stuttering and other background noise, because it won't work for me, it's only able to record the clean sound...
