first, press this key on your keyboard
then open any image editing program, for example microsoft paint, press CTRL+V save the image as jpg put it on www.tinypic.com or www.imageshack.us give us link

 edit: now eugene, you must click edit button under your post, in the bottom left corner of your post there is "edit" button which will edit the post. not under other people's posts

actually i see... even if you look on his screenshot, there is no edit button. you can see it by the width of the button. it is report button, not edit button
eugene: could you please make the same screenshot but of your post?
