Most lately must havew been when i was playing UFO: Aftershock.
One of my snipers shot a Wargot trooper with a .50 BMG rifle and the huge beast was sent flying away up in the roof and crashing down. My girlfriend turned her head and gave me one of these "wft"-looks. Else, i'd have to agree with Monkey Island and Sam & Max.

Monty Python's quest for the holy grail is fantastic! It has the best and most twisted version of tetris ever created, "I'm not dead yet!" got me laughing every time.

"Drop dead" Tetris is a great mini-game.
@DonCorleone: There's actually only one realy bothersom cut-scene. Right at the end (with no way of skipping it), apart from that, the gameplay is solid: |
