Source, I think, is 100x times better.

Latest addiction was Vivisector - Beast Within.
Best 2005-06 game.

Starcraft:brood war(multiplayer only though:computers too hard 1 on 1+)

And microsoft flight simulator 3 is good if u like that sort of run off a floppy stuff... LOL

im addicted to street rod 2....
I was addicted to runescape.. A LOT
and civ 2
and about a billion other games for a short time.

meh i think some previous version was better. at least it didn't have the floating dead bodies that move towards the ground...

At one point, I was addicted to Military Madness, a Turbo Graphix 16 game. Also, Keith Courage was a big one for me :-)

Ultima online has had its hooks in me for about 6-7 years now,

I used to be addicted to Doom 2 when it first came out for at least a year. I'd play it until my brain went numb and I was nothing more than an automaton. There have likely been other titles too over the years but for some reason that one game kept me locked to my PC like no other. I don't game anywhere near as much as I used to so addiction is no longer a reality for me thankfully.

I also never got started with MMORPGS because I have no doubt if I did I'd surely get sucked in and spend too much time on them.

I will say I was insanely addicted to Virtua Fighter 2 for my Sega Saturn a few years ago but I'm not sure if consoles count in this discussion.
