What did it say? And did you specify a path to the folder with the "CD-ROM" files?

When you mount anything, this is what you do:

mount d f:\[folder 1]\[folder 2]\etc etc\[folder with your cd rom files] -t cdrom blahblahblah

in this example the ACTUAL folder is on your f hard disk/cd-rom drive (why f? because you said it yourself in mount d F:\...)

What you did was to have DOSBox look in the root directory on your f hard disk/cd-rom drive.

In the example above, the "d" is the letter assigned to the FAKE (mounted) cd-rom drive by DOSBox, and the "f" is the ACTUAL hard disk drive/cd-rom drive on which the cd-rom files are

EDIT: Change the "f" to the ACTUAL cd-rom drive on your computer.

consider giving some more info.
Like which game.
What you have exactly entered in dosbox.
(have you mounted a c drive and a d drive ?)

And be patient. We are doing this for free and might be doing other things then watching out for posts of k2j
