Unless I'm mistaken, the link you gave advertises the game as "like new", which is a term LabelGames uses only when selling a used copy of a game. For comparison, here's a link to a game LabelGames sells which is a new copy, thus, as previously determined, meaning LabelGames is paying the publisher every time someone purchases a copy.

You're right, I haven't noticed that.

In that case, the game is sold only on Amazon Marketplace (also on the German one.)

I think we can label the game as 'approved'.
