Why does the screenshot quiz have 25 hours in the day.

Now the quiz starts at GMT + 2. But at GMT + 1:59 it says that there is still 1 hour and 1 minute left until the next quiz and at GMT + 2:01 after answering the quiz it says that there are 24 hours and 59 minutes until the next quiz.

What is going on with the extra hour?

The quiz always behaved this way. I don't remember why but I do remember there was a very specific reason.
