i dont understand how to upgrade. like how do u build a gadget shop and police station and anything other than a wood mill?

what do i do in this game i don't have a clue in what to do.

I keep getting an Error = Unable to find moviefile


Am I missing some part of the file or what?

WHEN I START THE GAME IN DOSBOX I LOADS AND STARTS FINE BUT AFTER I TRY AND START BUILDING I FREEZES
