You may have missed it. YOu know. Something like 0.64 was only out for a week maybe. Or they felt that this was to good to be the next so they skipped a generation.

This is not the first time they skipped the version. (0.59 comes to mind)

This might be due to level of changes and different testing done in 0.64. No matter what's the version, we should be happy it's here.
