Although this game currently meets Abandonia's Definition of Abandonware, I'd like to ask an Abandonia staff member who would normally look into the ESA protection status of companies to see if either MGM Interactive or Blitz Games Limited (aka Interactive Studios) are currently protected by the ESA. If either company is, what's the length of their ESA protection? If neither company is protected by the ESA (or if the game's protection has 'expired'), then this game is approved!
