Actually, it was me who told Wael to stop copy/pasting his automessage. I asked it friendly because in my opinion, it's very impersonal. It's not hard to just type: Welcome to th forums! , when someone new arrives and add something personal to it.
Our whole site is about being personal and friendly towards the community. Seeing the same message in every ''hey i'm new'' thread doesn't really back that up. That's my 2 cents. |

Right enough chit-chat.I vote for the prohibition of Unknown Hero's welcome message.Nothing personal, i just think we should keep it plain and simple.If somebody really wants to help this site, then they will contact the admins.
