As these things usually go, the truth turns out to be good and bad news. The good, even great, news is that IGN confirmed with Bethesda that Fallout 3 is indeed in development. Sadly, however, the sign we saw didn't point to a demo or any showing of the game; it was meant to confirm the title's existence.

While we aren't going to check out Fallout 3 this week as we'd hoped, it's reassuring to know the apocalyptic RPG franchise -- rescued from the fading embers of Interplay -- is alive and wriggling. Given Bethesda's impressive RPG track record (The Elder Scrolls, anyone?), Fallout is in good hands. We'll just have to wait a little longer to see what magic those hands are working.
Lets see what they do....

Anyway, to get on to what I actually want to discuss...

Is Fallout:Brotherhood Of Steel worth the purchase?

Im thinking Xbox,PS2... ive not even seen it on PC.

Mein god! Theyre actually doing it!
:Brain:

About the Brotherhood of steel: Go ahead, the PSX2 and X-Box versions are nice, but the PC version is an insult to the original Fallouts...

Missed out in the sense of 'I didn't know about the games when they were available (not that I would have had the money, but still...)'.

Paypal... Shiver.
Creditcard N/A
So E-bay does not seem all too friendly to me.

Is there any chance you could describe the differences for me?

@Doubler ....You can send postal orders and stuff, or I bet at least 1 of your family members or friends has an account.. you could pay them in cash to get it for you

Well it'll take some time for fallout 3 to come out, I believe that most off bethesda's attention now is forwarded to TESIV:Oblivion, after that comes out the real production on Fallout 3 will start I think...
