Back on topic...
as far as I last remember about the Jazz3d (since I used to be an avid member of the community) was that there were some pics released of the first in-game screens when it was in development, but it never got to the point where it was complete enough to release an alpha by the time they cancelled it. I could be wrong, but the chances of an alpha, legit or leaked, is highly unlikely. Plus, as popular as Jazz2online is still, I never liked their community as much as Jazz2city.

It would take a great deal of time to do the reprogramming, and WTG is not interested in working on it right now. They are tied up with other projects, and working on Jazz 3 does not make them any money, so it has the least priority. There's a better possibility that Jazz 3 may be released as an Unreal or UT mod.
