Default Installing: "insert disk into drive A"

I'm sure this is an old question, but I can't find a thread for it.

When I go to install games through DOSbox, the installer asks me to insert the disk into drive A or B.

I've tried mounting second directory of the game files to a:, but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

1. If the game is downloaded, it is probably pre-installed. Don't use an install executable, look for a game executable.

2. If you have the disk contents in an HDD directory, mounting this directory as A: as well should work, except when the installation wants to create files of a same name. -> Mount an empty directory as C: and the directory of the install files as A:.

3. If that doesn't work, try mounting A: with parameter -t floppy. Not very likely that this is the problem, though.
