Kugerfang - SU-27 Flanker
So, I was in the games store and I spotted Police Quest 4 and SU-27 Flanker for $2 each. I grabbed them both, and after consulting Paco and TotalAnarchy, I found out that SU-27 is abandonware and it's not on the site. It's a CD-ROM and it's for Windows 3.1/95. I'll set up a VM with Win95 to check if it works. Anyone want this game?

Ugh. I can't get Windows 95 to install on VirtualBox. I'll try installing Windows 3.1 and I'll upload the game later.

If you're talking about the first SU-27 there should also be the dosversion on your CD.
<- click As the first SU-27 Flanker game is in fact a dos game. Only the later sequels were Windows games. FYI: none of the W3.X-W9X is supported in VirtualBox. For W9X you need VPC. W3.X runs perfectly in dosbox.

Now I can't get SU-27 working under Windows 3.1 in DOSBOX. I was able to get Police Quest 4 running. I'll try it in XP to see if it works.
EDIT: Yes, it does work. The zipped ISO is 130 MB. Should I extract the contents of the ISO and zip those or will the zipped ISO be enough? EDIT: TA has informed me that we need the preinstalled folder in a zip archive. Problem is, you need the CD to run the game. How do we get around that? To the ISO Cellar!
