Default Xargon

Anyone else ever play these as a kid? I spent so much time on these long ago, but I can barely find a website that even mentions them anymore. An couple old classics by Apogee (Jill) and Epic (Xargon) that would be an awesome addition to the collection.

I am pretty sure neither of them are Abadonware, and I'm also pretty sure that you won't see the day when they will. Apogee and Epic Megagames been extremely protective of their shareware titles.

It's a shareware version there, though. And I for my part wasn't able to find Xargon anywhere available to buy...

Yeah, you're right, overseen that. Though the first time I got that game from there (around 3 months ago), it was shareware. Seems they updated the archive...

I can remember myself downloading jill of the jungle 1-3 from an abandonware site, but that was long ago... Maybe they thought it was abandonware or something...

Well, a few years ago, a lot of people disregarded the fine line between abandonware and oldwarez. Now, however, most have come clean.

Jill of the Jungle is still sold by Epic (and has never been affiliated with Apogee) but Xargon has been abandoned for quite a while now.
