Okay, i think it worked last night.

In my dream, i had powers to create objects and move object by toughts. I managed to control everything, altought the dream was little fuzzy.

Oh, i do remember a one lucid dreaming technique in my childhood.
When i was a small kid, i usually had a strange nightmare, where two owl, two flying cat or two flying dogs come in trought the window, grab me and take me to the oblivion. I had this nightmare many times until i did something in my dreams: When they came in, i hide and they couldnt find me.

When i did that in my dream, i stopped seeing that nightmare.

Well, Robert Luis Stevenson wrote "The strange case of dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde" using a dream...
A bit off-topic, just thought I'd mention that Paul McCartney composed Beatles' Yesterday in a dream too.

Imagine if he wouldn't have written it down after waking up.

The first step is just realizing that you're dreaming.
And that's the hardest part. :bleh:

It's really easy actually, I do it each time I have a dream.
Why just tonight, I had a dream that I was a dance party, and I thought of "Jesus" and bam, there he was.

It's cool, but you gotta watch out for your thoughts, don't want to bring in your childhood fears.

Ah!

Interesting, might actually check it out.

I used to be able to control my dreams some time ago. Moving through walls and flying happened a few times, then, too.
However, in recent years the dreams started becoming realistic (full sensory range illusions, in fact), and most recently I don't even remember my dreams after waking most of the time.

Something I forgot to mention earlier. Yesterday, when I was trying those exercises for remembering dreams, I woke up at 3 AM. I read about these OBEs on the ld4all website, and it said there that sometimes your astral body falls into your physical body at the end of an OBE. Maybe I was having one, but I didn't remember it. That would explain waking up in the middle of the night. What do you think?

Nah, you most likely just dozed off. When having an OBE you basically "just" leave your body. You can then move around like you were some kind of ghost and should see some kind of "silver string" connecting your "spirit" to your body. This string was so far confirmed by everyone having an OBE. Rumors say, "cutting" this string results in death, but noone ever really managed
Well, if you really had an OBE you would remember standing outside of you body. You should've been even able to see yourself lying in the bed, but when seeing yourself the first time from the outside, you will most likely be so friggin scared you will be thrown back in your body at an instant.

If you ever manage to get an OBE, try to go as far as possible before your string doesn't allow any more distance.

I read some kind of guide about OBEs way back, if anybody wants it, I'll browse my bookmarks for it.
