When I tried to play this game the first time, I got this error. Although it's not how I usually 'work', I gave up right away, after seeing that the in-game diaolog wasnt showing, and I didn't have the time nor the patience to solve it at that time. Now, with the new dos box version, I thought that I would be lucky. Not.

Well, this time I WANT to make it work, sooo....

The only dialog that shows is the multiple-choice one... The rest of the time only the characters face images appear...

Dunno how to solve this... Help?

Technical Notes:
- The game will freeze in DOSBox, unless you enhance the cycles to 6000+ (CTRL+F12)!
- When the game starts for the first time, there will be no visible dialogues. This is because the game is meant to include speech. So, in order to show the dialogues as text you need to press Enter to get into the Game Options. Then just restart the game, and you'll see the dialogue from the first scene.
- The music has been removed from the archive, but the sounds are included (including the sounds of the scenery animations, like climbing squirrels and screeching birds).
- Both the into and the outro are included in the archive. We are proud to be the only site that offers these videos. Please enjoy.

as said above, you can turn on subtitles.

but... if you want speech, downloading of SPEECH.DAT file somewhere is not enough. you must also download another executable from here http://rs118.rapidshare.com/files/25...fab_speech.rar
