Road Raider [NON-PC]
I remember loving this game from way back when...
you drove around in a monster truck around a town, top down bit like primitive gta - single map, mechanic to repair and upgrade. There were lots of buildings on the map that you would enter on foot, at which point the game would go in to a top down shooter style. You would collect items like money and guns, maybe keys etc, and encounter characters. It had nightclubs and other cyber punk-esque locations. For the end game you had to drive to an arena, at which point a little buggy would drive out of your monster truck with which you would battle the end boss. Man I would LOVE to be reunited with this game, does it ring any bells? |

Thanks for the help man, I found it by following the Moby Games link and it was buried in the Action Amiga compilation. Speaking of which, I now recall it was the Atari ST that I played this on, not DOS (sorry!). Shame there is no DOS version, I fancy having a go, maybe will try Auto Duel 8-) Much appreciated. |
