The car up there is a NSU (but which model) - just saying Ford (because you'd see the placard) wouldn't be enough either...
BTW - this is a Zaporožec (they later on made Tavrias - the ugly car from the previous threads) - similar, but not the same. |

I think they are (also that streched limo from the first side is Russian). But yes, there were some really ugly cars too (but you find those being made elsewhere too). Like this little fellow from France:
