Hi there, i have just downloaded cyrstal maze to my hard drive on the desktop of my windows xp pc. but i cant get it to install.

What exactly is not working?

I just downloaded the game, ran it with VDMSound... Works like a charm.

@EoF: Isn't it obvious? We've got another clueless who thinks XP will run all of the games on the site perfectly.

@Dave: Use DosBox. You can download it here.
If you have any problems with it, try having a look at the official FAQ on the DosBox site.

Yes it is, but I always try to give the guy a chance instead of taking the easy road. I'm always more inclined to help nicely someone when the question is well formulated and don't contain leet talk, spam and such...

I have downloaded dos box but i dont have a clue what to do.
when i click on setup.exe it says hardware setup. if i go on the other 2 .exe files it loads dos then dosnt do anything and just closes.

After installing DosBox, it does not work like a driver or a similar thing. It won't start up automatically when you want to run a DOS game, so you need to start it manually and then run the game through it.

Anyway, make sure you read this: Basic Setup and Installation.
If you have any further questions, there is anofficial FAQ on the DosBox site.
