Actually, I've been testing it out, and I think it doesn't really work. It's never worked when I try it by opening "CAVEMAN" and if I open it by "start" any word will work, so I think the manual is useless.

If you're still interested here's the link for the english manual I found, I'm guessing it's for Atari.

Oh yes, "start" is for cracked start, so no manual is needed. I guess we could add that as note in review. Still it would be awesome to have manual. But we only host manuals for PC and this Spanish one is indeed for NES
