Hi, Im a newbie...I have a problem after reading the FAQ and the instructions.
I followed the FAQ on the DOSBOX homepage, and was successful in downloading, installing the game I wanted. I got the game to start on DOSBOX using those complicating DOS commands, and I thought everything will be fine....But, when I finally got the game to work, it lagged like crazy. As I said on the title, I used the ctrl+F12 key and the frame skip. This helped, but not enough. It still lags like crap. Im desparate to play this game(x-com Terror from the Deep) and Im seriosuly dying for help...someone plz, plz help me!

hmm, i know that i ran into the same problem with Doom II. It was really bad with the laggage so i searched out an emulator specific to the game and now it works fine. Try googling it.
Or just wait for the really talented dos-techies to catch wind of this and you will learn more about the dos box than you ever wanted to, LOL |
