I used to play this game (i wanna say pre 95) where you could choose from various 20th century dictators (Stalin, Gaddaffi, Marcos etc.). I have very unclear memories of this game except that is was fun. You had to kill off the other dictators or at least their populations by using nukes and propaganda among other techniques. Can someone tell me the name of this game??
