Any one know if Ati or Nvidia are creating new PCI Xpress cards, or has no word been released?

Yes, both ATI and NVIDIA have a full range of PCI Express cards available. The ATI X300, X600, and X800 and their submodels (SE, etc) and on the NVIDIA side look for the latest GeForce FX cards such as the 5700, 5900 and 6800.

There are probably other models also; I really can't keep up with them all anymore.
