1995, Adventure-game with cinematics like that... can only be from Sierra, but I've played nearly all of them, and nothing like that in them. I'd say either Gabriel Knight or Phantasmagoria, and as it's not Gabriel Knight, I bet it's the latter one (Phantasmagoria)

Phantasmacrapia was live acted, so I doubt it that, since that is definatly a artificial image.

No it is not phantamagoria, but it dit was partly live acted. And it's not by sierra
EDIT, Spoonman is the winner it's thr 11th hour, and the games did run under DOS... |
