You need to drop the guy with swords down the right edge of the building.
After you do something (i think shoot the guy). he will drop into the right window.

Wont drop here. Shot everyone except the upper guy and the guy on third floor.
And how do you get the bomb guy in the building. The only thing he can do is help the other bear get in and drop a few bombs and die :P
