Default Internet Explorer 7 trouble

I've recently been having trouble with my internet explorer, it's expecially evident when navigating this site.

What's happening is I'll commonly get "Page cannot be displayed" errors.
Other times ill get a "Oops! The link appears to be broken" by google.
And the final problem being that when a web page finally DOES load, it's often incomplete, missing images and formating data, causing it to be scattered all over the place... requiring yet ANOTHER refresh

It's driving me nuts! I've had to repost replys and topics over and over because it doesnt submit it.

Drop IE, get Firefox. However, it does have issues with high ram usage. If you can't handle Firefox, get Opera.

why do you think it'd be browser issue? maybe it's just connection issues, if it times you out..
