I have a problem starting the game.I've adjusted the colors to 256 but still get the message:

X This application has failed to start because WING32.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Any ideas?

I got the same problem, anyone can tell me how to run it?

you have a folder with file .dll is in the game.you have to copy this file to a sub-folder of your windows .I think it was a folder with the name system or system32.

Sub-folder is a folder inside a folder. If someone says "in the system32 subfolder of Windows folder", he means the system32 folder that is inside the Windows folder.
Note that some people use "directory" or "catalog" instead of "folder" (for explanations on that, see this Wikipedia article)
