http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/invrelatio...macromedia.html

I really can't say If I like what's happening here. I kinda liked them seperated, trying to outclass each other and making better software.

There's no better feeling than eliminating all your oponents, Stalin knew this, but he was slighty phsycotic but... oh well.

Indeed not good for the quality of the stuff.

But can't give a good judgement as I never use macromedia stuff although I know that dreamweaver is quite popular and respected.

I have to second that. The main company opposing the soon to be united Adobe/Macromedia is Corel aka "Jask". Now some people may disagree with me here but I think (as an example) that Adobe Photoshop easly supasses Paint Shop Pro in every catagory. Really... there is no competition.

There goes the competition spirit :not_ok:

And there goes the quality upgrading as well.. I already disliked the CS and MX software fusions, and now these fusions are going to fuse .. it's like being forced to eat thick and lumpy porridge. Bah.
