I am interested in programming on the Pocket PC but need to find some tutorials on it. Preffered language is C++.

Maybe I didn't understand the problem, but isn't pocket PC just a simple PC only small sized? Then, I think, Kon-Tiki posted some links to C++ tutorials.

You need Pocket PC Game Programming by Jonathan Harbour. It's a great book. I only needed to read up to Chapter 5 before starting my PPC game.
