Dutch? It's German, actually. And the bit Sebatianos quoted basically means something like "A bird is lamenting 'Alas, my plumage also gets wet in the rain as I fly through the world' " - not that knowing German actually helps you to make sense of it, mind you.

OK, just to revive the thread, here's an easy one:
He's got a frozen face, just like an eskimo-pie.

To revive the thread again, I'll answer it: "Ice Cream," by Johnson, Moll, and King (whoever they are). I owe that one to Google, but I figured that was fair, since nobody else was going to answer it. You know, I never knew that was an actual song, or that there were lyrics besides "I scream, you scream," etc.

You're right, of course.k: Actually it's the lyrics that make the song funny, really.

I'm a bit surprised nobody recognised it, though. I thought it would be better known than that Jimmy Durante song which mentions "eskimo belts up in Iceland"...

Anyway: your turn, FPJ.

All right, then.

Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part
That wonders what the part that isn't thinking isn't thinking of

EDIT: Typo.
