This program is freeware, you can copy it as much as you like.

If this program accidentaly screws up and destroys data on your PC, electrocutes you, makes your monitor explode in your face, set's your house on fire, kills you, hacks into a nearby nuclear misile and targets your house, changes your bank balance to $0, gets you banned from online games, adds your name to a hitman's list, sucks you into the computer and plays pong with you(with you as ball), causes secret agencies to come after you, becomes sentient and starts killing everyone on this planet or does anything else you don't want it to do, don't blame the author of this program!!

Do you agree to this?
LOL LOL LOL

I remember one utility whose license had three options at the bottom "I have read the licence and understand it, and I accept it's terms", "I have read the licence and do not agree." and "I haven't actually read the licence, but I accept anyway". If you pick the last option a window comes up with a rant in it and then it sends you back to the licence.

Setting your bank balance to zero might be a good thing if it's in the red when you start.

Unhappy

It would go like this...

One day I installed this game and as I normally do accept the agreement without actually reading it. The next day my bank account balance mysteriously got reset to zero. I was thinking '[SARCASTIC COMMENT]Oh... Darn... It's been reset to zero... How very unfortunate...[/SARCASTIC COMMENT]'. I enjoyed that.

We can change this licence as much as we like to get us out of any tricky legal situations that may arise from your use of this software.
This was a particular favourite of mine!
