Hey, if anyone's interested, I made an album. It's mostly rock stuff, with some metal and punk influences, and there's a couple electronic songs too, it's quite varied. There are even death metal vocals on a couple tracks. Anyways all the songs were written by me and I played all the instruments. You can download the mp3s and listen to the songs online from http://www.soundclick.com/oneandlonely (click the 'music' link)

If anyone feels like downloading the whole lot, here's the tracklist to make sure they're in the right order:

1. Break
2. Glow I: Ignite
3. Glow II: Illuminate
4. Glow III: Coruscate
5. The Rain
6. Awake
7. Call to the New Land
8. Faling
9. Frozen Star
10. Seclusion
11. Glow/Fade

I've made it completely free, so feel free do download it all.

Feel free to comment, whether you like it of hate it :bleh:

I know a lot of the production isn't so great, it's my first attempt at making anything like this so it's a bit of a learning experience too.

Side note, downloads won't be active til tomorrow, but you can listen to the audio streams I think.

This is actually quite good... I've heard worse production from people that have had more experience. The Rain is a nice track.

I'll check it out..

I know, there is nothing as frustrating as posting your music and no one commenting. I'll comment later on.

EDIT: Noooh! I don't want to register again. No way... sorry. I can listen them if you put them in where they are freely downloadable with retarded registeration.

You can listen to the streaming audio without registering I think.

I am working on it though. I need to find somewhere to host them but sadly I don't have enough bandwidth/space on my own server. Still searching though, I'd rather people didn't need to register with some random site and such.

Sure I could but I prefer to crab them to my memorystick and listen them home, with proper equipment. I'll see if I can listen them somewhere streamed.

I know it's annoying. I am working to find somewhere else to host them. Ideally I wanted to host them on my own webspace but overall it takes up more space than I have, and I can't really afford the bandwidth either. I'm looking into alternatives though, cos I know that having to register will make people less likely to bother.

I have listened four songs sofar and these really sound good! I was suprised how good this actually sounds. I cannot talk too much about technical side since the speakers at this computer are what they are, but it could have some slight mixing, because sometimes I think the guitar gets too loud compared to everything else.. but again, crappy speakers.

Composing is great! Maybe a bit too slow in my taste every now and then, but good (I don't mean the tempo)

Good work! k:

Not bad at all - I like the idea of the three songs all named "Glow" with a number on the end. Nice gimmick, very Nine Inch Nails.

Thanks for the comments guys

@ Morrin, I know what you mean about the mixing, sometimes the guitar is too loud and the bass is kinda low a lot of the time too. It's something that I'm gonna look at when I record more stuff. I'm learning as I go along haha
