I just let them fill the desktop, and then take a day off to put them all in place, while doing a defrag. Like once every 2 months.

Bummer I wish I had reset all my hacks up after I formatted..I would easily have won :P
Have every menu and context in windows hacked to how I wanted it :P With other misc hacks..but I am too lazy to redo it..
