It's like an open ended RPG where you can do anything... while screwing over everyone else on your ship.

We had a great game of Traitor last night. Everyone was getting paranoid of each other, and it escalated into a hostile ship take over and a full staff lockdown until we managed to completely determine who was murdering people and breaking things.

I think it could be nice but it is so SLOW. I mean, it's nothing I couldn't cope with, but considering this game is really hard to learn and you pretty much need a few minutes to go from one room to another it really is hard to develop a liking for it.

The gamplay sounds really awesome and from what I've heard it really is, but did they have to make it with BYOND?

I really wanna play this, but I simply don't have the time to learn everything. I mean, it doesn't hurt to experiment to learn the basics (at least as long as you don't experiment with explosives or toxins :P ) but I really don't have the time to play it with a gameplay that laggy.

Oh man, best game ever. I was in Security, and we did our usual incarciration of trouble makers, and near the end was a huge mutinity, so I released them all, armed them with tasers, and we stormed the bridge, knocked out the captain, threw him in jail, set the engines to eject, set fire to pretty much all the ship, and left on a shuttle.

I have played space station 13 and I think it is great but it is laagy and I think it would be a good idea for someone to make a version that did not run off the byond engine cause byond is good and all but it is laagy

Just my thought. That game is really great but the BYOND engine ruins it all (in my opinion. Either real turnbased or fluent, but not THAT).

Sadly enough, there is no other online engine that handles game programming so easily.
